Food Hygiene Matters is an accredited training provider with Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance, the Royal Society for Public Health and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

At our training/office facility, based in Benfleet, Essex we offer a programme of open food hygiene and safety courses throughout the year. Courses are also presented on request from client’s premises throughout the UK.

Well established within our operation is the provision of consultancy/auditing services with particular focus on food hygiene, health and safety and HACCP.
