Food Hygiene Matters is an accredited training provider with both the Royal Institute of Public Health and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

At our training/office facility, based in Benfleet, Essex we offer a programme of open courses throughout the year. Courses are also presented on request from client’s premises throughout the UK.

Well established within our operation is the provision of consultancy/auditing services with particular focus on food hygiene, health and safety and HACCP.
